How do I order a Signal Booster?
You can purchase Cel-Fi Go and Solo units online. Please contact our sales team Cel-Fi Quatra solutions. Our very experienced team will need to organise a site survey before advising you on the appropriate solution.
How do I know what is the best signal solution for me?
All our product descriptions include our product features, coverage and type of installation. However, if you are unsure, please contact us. Our experienced team is always here discuss your requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.
Why do you need to conduct a site survey for a particular Cel-Fi Signal Booster?
A site survey enables us to accurately decide the best place to install a signal solution to get maximum coverage.

Can I have access to marketing material?

What is Cel-Fi?
Cel-Fi is a Mobile signal booster solution that improves weak or non-existent mobile signal in an in-building or in-vehicle environment
What makes Cel-Fi so different from other signal boosters?
Cel-Fi is Ofcom licence exempt, meaning it fully complies with Ofcom Mobile Repeater regulations and can be installed without the need for a network operator licence. Cel-Fi is also operator approved unlike other signal boosters
Why are other signal booster illegal
Signal boosters are illegal if they do not fully comply with Ofcom Mobile Repeater Exemption Regulation 2022
Does the Cel-Fi work for multiple networks?
Yes. Following an update to regulations brought in by Ofcom in June 2022, multi-operator repeaters are now permitted in the UK. The Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000e is Cel-Fi's multi-operator offering, with a single Network Unit (NU) able to boost up to four networks simultaneously. Whilst the rest of the Cel-Fi range can only boost a single network at one time, it is possible to change the operator using the Cel-Fi Wave™ mobile app, should your provider change in the future.
Is it legal to use any signal boosters?
No, unless the signal booster used is proven to be Ofcom licence exempt under UK law
Does the Cel-Fi support 5G services?
Yes, Cel-Fi support 5G services as well as 3G & 4G mobile technologies
Does Cel-Fi support voice and data or data only?
Cel-Fi re-broadcasts all mobile services available within the licence exemption frequency spectrum including voice and data services
What coverage can I expect from a Cel-Fi system?
Cel-Fi system can boost signal from 100m2 to 25,000m2 and beyond
Is Cel-Fi network operator specific?
Yes, Cel-Fi signal boosters are network operator specific
Can you change networks with Cel-Fi?
Yes, using the Cel-Fi WAVE tool, Cel-Fi signal boosters can be re-programmed to a different network operator
Can Cel-Fi boost the signal of multiple cellular networks at once?
Cel-Fi provider specific boosters can boost multiple network simultaneously
