Olga develops content strategies, establishes and maintains brand guidelines, and oversees visual content across Frequency’s websites and ecommerce platforms. She also oversees artwork and print production, including preparing and approving print-ready artwork, managing colour standards and checking the technical and creative quality of final outputs. Where external creative support is required, Olga briefs and coordinates freelance designers and reviews their work to ensure it meets the required brand, creative and technical standards. Working closely with internal teams, stakeholders and suppliers, Olga helps deliver creative projects efficiently while continually exploring new tools and processes that can improve the way visual content is developed and produced.
