Madalina Borea

Role and experience

Madalina has more than 19 years of sales experience, including 14 years within the telecommunications industry. She joined Frequency Telecom in 2014 as International Account Manager, initially developing sales within the Romanian market.

Over the following years, Madalina gradually took responsibility for a wider range of European territories and several leading UK department store and retail accounts, building experience across both international and domestic B2B sales. In 2019, she progressed to Sales Manager Eiger Europe and has since continued to expand her account portfolio across Europe and the UK.

With extensive experience in international B2B sales, account management and business development, Madalina takes a customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on understanding customer needs, finding the right solutions and building strong, long-term business relationships.

What Madalina does at Frequency

As Sales Manager Eiger Europe, Madalina manages relationships with key European and UK corporate customers while identifying new business opportunities to help grow Frequency's presence in the UK corporate market.

Her day-to-day role involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements, discuss new product launches, prepare quotations and recommend the most suitable products for their needs.

While Eiger is a major focus of her role, Madalina works across Frequency’s wider product portfolio and can also source additional products through external suppliers when customers require products beyond Frequency's existing ranges.

Madalina collaborates with colleagues across Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance to help meet customer requirements and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
