Supply Chain Assistant Cammy Wong is Supply Chain Assistant at Frequency Telecom, supporting the day-to-day management of supply chain operations alongside ecommerce content and product updates. Her role combines logistics, order management and supplier coordination with responsibility for maintaining accurate content across our online stores. Cammy joined Frequency Telecom in September 2025 as Supply Chain Assistant, bringing previous experience in inventory coordination and product planning. Her background in logistics and operational accuracy provides a strong foundation for supporting Frequency’s day-to-day supply chain requirements. Since joining the business, Cammy has also expanded her role into ecommerce, developing experience managing product content across BigCommerce and Shopify. This combination gives her an understanding of both the operational processes behind our products and how they are presented to customers online. As Supply Chain Assistant, Cammy helps keep delivery information up to date, raises orders and produces reports to support the wider supply chain team. She also coordinates international shipments between China, the UK and the Netherlands, supporting customs clearance and preparing stock uplifts. Cammy works closely with vendors to help keep orders and deliveries on schedule, while also maintaining and updating webshop content across Shopify and BigCommerce. Her role therefore supports both the movement of products through the supply chain and the accuracy of the information presented to customers online.
