Returns & Warranty Details
To return an item, please complete our Returns Form (see below).
We have both English and Deutsch versions available.
Please be advised Frequency doesn’t fix products, we only replace with new units. In the case that we no longer sell the brand/ products you wish to return, we can give your money back if you bought directly from us, if not you need to approach the brand directly. If bought from Amazon, we advise you go directly to Amazon as this will be quicker for you.
When authorised please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
For non-faulty returns we will offer your money-back or an exchange to the value of the purchased item within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend that you use a recorded return method as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return any faulty or unwanted items at their own expense. We recommend a carrier where a proof of delivery can be obtained, as Frequency will not be held responsible for items undelivered/lost or damaged in transit.
