Barcelona – February 27th-March 1st 2012 – Mobile Accessory Distributor Frequency Telecom topped off its 10th birthday celebrations by exhibiting at Mobile World Congress 2012.
The key objectives for Frequency in Barcelona were to present its range of high quality accessories it supplies, meet with major customers and trade partners and explore new opportunities with those that are unaware of the Frequency proposition. On the Frequency stand, brands showcased included; Case-Mate, Griffin, JAYS, Nextivity, Motorola, Bracketron and Walk on Water.
A large proportion of the stand was dedicated to the Case-Mate brand of smartphone and tablet cases. The unique, colourful and clever designs of the cases combined with bright graphics and captivating videos really drew people to the stand.
One key focus for Case-Mate at MWC was the launch of its I Make My Case tool, the newly re-vamped way to customise cases. Using the touch screen provided visitors to the congress were excited to be designing their own personal case. The new tool even allows the up-load of pictures directly from Facebook, making for very personal and unique case designs.
All our other brands were received well, especially the a-JAYS + 1 earphones with accompanying app. The more light-hearted Griffin Crayola iPad products were a welcome break from all the very serious mobile technology on display elsewhere at the Congress.
Frequency’s Managing Director Gareth Limpenny commented; “Frequency has changed significantly over the last ten years and the Congress was a perfect opportunity to show what we now offer. Mobile World Congress is an important showcase that Frequency was pleased to have been a part of. We were delighted with the response we received and will be following up the many new business opportunities.”
