Frequency has announced unprecedented demand for it’s latest Case-Mate and Griffin iPhone 6 case stock in response to the latest Apple device launch. Having pulled out all of the stops with its vendors to satisfy pre-orders in time for the launch, demand for cases grew significantly from the day the iPhone 6 hit the stores, and has continued to grow ever since.
We knew demand was going to be high as pre-orders were exceptional but, once the new iPhones went on sale, our customers considerably increased their orders. We had already planned for high demand, so had a substantial level of inventory to cover the orders, but the media attention behind the launch meant that the stock literally flew off the shelves. Working closely with our vendors to hasten the supply chain, we have been able to source the necessary additional quantities of heavy-duty cases to satisfy all orders without a break in supply.
– John Willoughby, Managing Director at Frequency
Not unsurprisingly, the most popular models have been the iPhone 6 versions of the Case-Mate Tough and Tough Naked and Griffin Survivor range. However, all iPhone 6 cases have been selling fast, with Case-Mate’s Brilliance range, which is available exclusively until the end of 2014 through all of O2’s high-street stores, also selling in large numbers.
Having approached Frequency for eye-catching accessories to sell alongside the new iPhone 6, O2 selected the Case-Mate Brilliance range as it made the impact at store level that they required. The two designs – Brilliance Champagne and Brilliance ‘Oil Slick’ – offer the sparkling splendour of genuine crystal accented with premium leather inspired by the latest trends in fashion.
We are always looking to work with our customers to deliver the products they need when they need them. As the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus demand looks to continue for some time, we just ask out customers to get in touch quickly to secure stock now as we build up to the Christmas holiday season
